Dog Prostate Surgery- My 13 yr old dog may have prostatic tumor. His prostate is enlarged.?

Can someone give me the list of what to check for in his blood so to know if he is fit to have the surgery or not? We live in Indonesia and the vets there are few and less sophisticated. Our vet only uses x-ray and her statoscope to say that his heart won't be strong enough to survive the operation, without performing any blood test. But he is already having problem peeing, and recently even pooed fresh blood! Thank you so much.

Good Lord! Let the poor thing go!
13 is a relatively normal life span for a dog, and sounds like nature is just taking it's course.
Why not just enjoy some time with him before he dies.
I wouldn't put him through the pain and stress of surgery at his age, particularly if he probably wouldn't survive anyway.
